Conference Form App for our Student Literacy Center

Student tutors and teachers use this app to record the details of tutoring conferences. The app was built using Google Sites, htmlService, and Google Apps Script and allows the responses to be saved in a Google Sheet for administrative review and analysis, sent as readable html email to both the student being tutored and their teacher for the specific subject they are receiving academic help.

I'm sorry but it would not be appropriate to share the code for this project because it actively uses student data and the web app is only accessible by student tutors and teachers at Niles North High School.
